Tenant completes the application process - credit pre-approvals can be achieved in just 48 hours
If approved, eGuarantee issues the landlord a lease bond, an unconditional, irrevocable and on-demand financial solution that covers them for 100% of the lease value security
Tenant does not require cash or asset-backed security, but instead pays a small percentage of the bond value as an annual fee
